Fresh Vintage

Happy Saturday to everyone!  Today there is a fabulous color challenge over at Create with Connie and Mary.  I decided to get out the new Fresh Vintage Stamp Set from the Sale- A- Bration Catalog for this card.  Actually, I used the coordinating Everyday Enchantment DSP, Ribbon and Brads too.  I love the shabby yet vintage feel of these products.  The Postage Stamp Punch also coordinates with this stamp set as well.  I layered my postage stamps and DSP on squares of Very Vanilla Card Stock.  The edges of the card stock and DSP were inked with the Tea Stain Ink Spot from the Distressing Essentials Kit.  I added the little brads to the postage stamps and the Calypso Coral Organdy Ribbon to finish this card off.  I am also adding this color combination to my favorites.  It just screams Springtime!

Don't forget to check out what the other designers came up with for this challenge over at Create with Connie and Mary.  Also, even though week two of the Occasions Edition just ended you can still join!  You will not only get to see all of the new projects for the next four weeks, but you can catch up on the last two weeks as well!  I hope everyone has a great weekend!  Take care.

Love this card Carrie! This paper is my new favorite. I've already used half of mine up at my last workshop. You've used it perfectly.

Thanks so much for stopping by my little corner of the blog world ;)
