A New Facebook Timeline Cover...My Digital Studio

Happy Monday to Everyone!  I hope you had a fantastic weekend.  Today I want to share something a bit different from what I normally share.  Facebook pages are changing to the Timeline format on March 30 and this is quite a change.  I decided to go ahead and convert both of my pages, personal and business, over to the new format.  I really think I like it much better and you can add a custom cover at the top of your page.  This is a lot like the banner on a blog and a fantastic way to share a piece of who you really are with friends.  I was super excited to see this feature and decided to create a custom cover using My Digital Studio from Stampin' Up.  The possibilities for using MDS are endless!!  The more I use it the more I love it.  I do have a quick tip however for creating a Timeline cover...if you decide to create a cover using MDS do not place anything you really want friends to see in the bottom left corner.  This section is somewhat covered up by your profile picture.  I have a screen shot below so you can see how it's laid out.

I also want to mention that Heather Wright- Porto has an article on her website Blogs By Heather that talks about the the new Timeline format and what it means for Stampin' Up Demonstrators who have business pages.  If you have any questions at all just leave me a comment or shoot me an email.  Also, feel free to visit either of my pages.  Just click the links below.
Carrie Sampsel-  Add me as a friend!
Carrie's Scrapyard-  Like my page!
Have a fabulous Monday and take care.
