Mixed Bunch Layout

I thought it was about time to share a scrapbook layout.  It's been far tooo long since I last shared one.  I really haven't had a chance to do much scrapbooking or really any stamping for that matter in about three weeks.  We've been so busy with life that it's about all I can do to keep up with what needs to be done around here.  lol  Anyway, on to the layout...

I shared a card about a month ago using the Mixed Bunch Stamp Set and it was totally inspired by this layout.  Now normally I would stay far far away from using any sort of flowers or butterflies on one of the boy's pages, but with these colors and the picture I thought it was ok this one time.  I started out with a piece of First Edition DSP and inked the edges using Daffodil Delight Craft Ink.  I then stamped my flowers using the Mixed Bunch Stamp Set.  The little round flowers were stamped and punched out first.  Then I stamped the second image on a Window Sheet in StazOn Timber Brown Ink and punched it out with the 1 in.Circle Punch.  I added a few hints of Cherry Cobbler to give the layout a hint of extra color.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Wednesday.  Take care.
