Perfect Pennants Box

I wanted to share a quick project I made a couple of weeks ago using the new Perfect Pennants Die.  This was a super easy box to make!!  All I did to make the box was cut out four pennants and score the bottoms at 1/2 inch, adhere the scored piece to a square, punch a hole in each side of the pennants and tie the sides together using Linen Thread.  The greeting is from the new Pursuit of Happiness Stamp Set.  I just simply colored the word(which is in a phrase) using my Soft Suede Stampin' Write Marker and then I just layered it on a couple different punched pieces.  The little flower is punched out using the Boho Blossoms Punch.  The colors I used were Soft Suede, Marina Mist, Blushing Bride and Very Vanilla.  I also used the Buea Chateau DSP.

I'm off to bed.  Tomorrow is a very big day at our house...Gavin starts the fourth grade!!  I don't know where the time has gone.  Take Care

What a cute and creative idea. I could see these as place cards on a table and about a million other things too. Congrats to Gavin starting 4th grade. My niece started 4th as well this year and she is so excited to be a fourth grader--so much more excited than she has been in the past.
