On the Beach Favors

I will keep my post short tonight.  It's late and I'm tired.  lol  I mentioned last week that I was working on wedding favors for a friends wedding reception.  They were married on the beach and so they used a beach theme for the reception.  Well, this is it.  I used the Box #2 Die for the Big Shot to cut all 75 of these babies out(actually Katie cut them out).  I then used the Square Lattice Embossing Folder to make the textured piece at the bottom of the box(Sami did this).  This piece is also brayered with Crumb Cake Ink to make it stand out a bit.  I inked the edge of the sun in Cajun Craze Classic Ink and the edges of the palm tree in Garden Green Classic Ink.  The box is filled with Pacific Point Cardstock that Gavin and I ran through the paper shredder.  I also used My Digital Studio to print Katie and Yancy's names.  I did this because I was able to print it in Chocolate Chip in order to match my cardstock.  I punched the tags out using the Modern Label Punch and added a couple of Basic Rhinestones.  Finally, we filled the boxes with jewels and Hershey Kisses.  The colors I used were Crumb Cake, Peach Parfait, Wild Wasabi, Pacific Point and Chocolate Chip.

Well, I'm off to bed.  I hope everyone has a fantastic Friday and a wonderful weekend.  Take Care.
